Over the decades my joyful life has often seen me make choices that others thought ‘out of the box.’ I’ve followed my intuition with so many wonderful and successful outcomes. I’ve also ignored my inner voice and seen how this has led me to some not-so-great successes!
For over 20 years as a Recruitment Manager, Executive, Career & Soul Coach I’ve been lucky enough to meet literally thousands of people and heard their life & career stories, listened to their goals and dreams, and had the privilege of assisting them to find a way to attain them.
I personally found meditation, mindfulness, and soul coaching and did a wide range of training of different self-development & empowered potential practices when I needed some support to find my own way forward. I became a Mum at the age of nearly 41 and humbly found out that partying and working 24/7 were not the best pre-requisites for positive parenting. With very little sleep and my emotional balance way off centre I started a journey of compassion and kindness for myself and others.
During this time, I was inspired to share these experiences, knowledge, and training to assist others to know how to overcome stress & overwhelm and work with a range of tips and tools for joyful living. I also found that my previous intuitive life path of walking to the beat of my own drum was also what I was passionate about assisting others to do. Being your authentic self is a gift that keeps giving. So, I continued to run my recruitment & career coaching business and founded Awaken Your Potential. I don’t tend to do a lot of recruitment now and focus mostly on running Awaken Your Potential events, meditation groups, programs and 1:1 personal coaching.
As I look forward to further embracing my wise woman years, I know that life is a continuous journey without a final destination. It’s wonderful to continue to share life with the people I meet through Awaken Your Potential and I look forward to meeting you too.
